MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS DAY: MAY 2022
On Monday 16th May, classes took part in activities to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week 2022.
Our pupils began the day revisiting the "5 Ways to Wellbeing", and how we can engage in activities to promote each area.
Some of the activities that classes engaged in included: Mindful Meditation, Reading for Pleasure in our Wildlife Garden, Therapeutic Doodling, Yoga, Class Rounders, Writing Letters of Thanks.
