WELCOME TO THE PRIORY CofE PRIMARY SCHOOL
Dear Parent/Carer,
On behalf of The Priory community, it is with great pleasure that I extend a warm welcome to you and your family. We are thrilled that your child has been offered a place at our school, and we are excited to begin this this step in their educational journey together.
We would like to invite you to join us for our Reception Welcome Meeting on Wednesday 21st May at 9am. During this session, we will share further details of our transition timetable and be able to answer any questions you may have.
In the interim, we encourage you to explore the online course, 'Steps to School,' accessible via https://www.hub.primarysteps.co.uk/courses/steps-to-school We hope that this will help you to feel confident that you and your child are ready for their start of school.
If you have not yet had the opportunity to visit our school, we would love to welcome you on a school tour on Wednesday 30th April at 9am, Wednesday 14th May 9am or Wednesday 11th June 9am. Please phone 020 8540 8059 or email school@thepriory.merton.sch.uk to book your place.
We recognise that transitioning to a new school can evoke a mix of emotions, both excitement and apprehension. Please rest assured that we are fully committed to supporting you every step of the way. Our goal is to facilitate a seamless transition for your family, ensuring that your child feels welcomed, supported, and ready to embark on this enriching chapter of their educational journey.
We look forward to building a strong relationship with you and your family, working collaboratively to ensure your child's continued success and happiness throughout their time with us.
Kind regards
Lesley Steward
